12 weeks training boot camp mode, the course objective is to prepare delegates with foundational understanding of the philosophies , tools, and methodologies  obligatory  for a successful career in a digital workplace environment.

This will feature theoretical understanding fameworks , methodologies  and a capstone project delivery  for delegates to demostrate their understanding and digital workplace readiness.

This course is Instructor led, delegates will  have access to T4A Learning Management System supporting materials such as on demand videos, templates and other collaborative tools.

This lesson will introduce delegate to frameworks, methodology, tools, and techniques for developing business motivational models and strategic business leadership.

Business and technology deployment now requires agile thinking from it resources to facilitate their goals, this lesson will open delegates to the agile manifesto and agile thinking and how agile is been implemented within businesses of today.

Delegates will be introduce to iterative, customer focus product/ service development used for digital.

Introduction to design thinking, kanban, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, SAFe, and etc.

This lesson will explore all the modern methodologies used by business to deliver software- waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)

Possibly the important skill for any Business and Information Technology professional, this lesson will introduce to delegates prioritisation techniques, engagement and communication models that is required as consulting tools.

Delegate will learn the process and methodologies required for managing wastes and inefficiencies with organistions and also learn how  to deliver to the customer the right product, at the right cost,  and at the right time, Introduction to Product/ service design and Product management.

Data is a key asset in all organistion, it is often said every business is now a data company, in this lesson, delegates will learn the importance of data in a digital business landscape, how to harness data for strategic competitive advantage and how to develop business intelligence reports using PowerBI

In every  organisation, every initiative is delivered via a project vehicle, different organisations uses different project management styles, in this lesson delegatee will be expose to the various components of what makes a project, and the various project management styles avaliable.

Delegates will learn in this lesson the importance of business analysis, it will touch on capyuring business requirements and what it takes to define them from strategy, process, data, risk and software delivery.

Delegates will complete their training session with a capstone portfolio project presenation. this will form part of the intership/referal role deployment.
